Shipping Policy
I collaborate, edit and design with various companies to bring these designs to life on the products you see here. Our team also prioritizes quality and shipping speed to the best of what is in our control. Typically, orders are shipped within 3-7 days, though some items may ship even sooner and others later. Art is made and critiqued, so we take care to send out the best. The Melvin Company offers a flat shipping rate of $7.00 per order (USA), and to make things easier, we provide FREE shipping on orders over $100 (USA). All other orders to other countries, shipping is figured per order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand how it can be to receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations. All custom orders with no defects are nonrefundable. If the product you have received is defective, we will gladly issue a refund.
